Common Questions

How far in advance should I book?
We accept bookings as little as 20 minutes in advance, but for peak season (June–September) we recommend booking at least 24–48 hours ahead to guarantee your preferred vehicle.
Do you cover all areas of Ibiza?
Yes — we cover the entire island. IBZ Airport, Ibiza Town (Eivissa), San Antoni de Portmany, Santa Eulalia, Portinatx, Es Canar, Cala d'Hort, Formentera ferry port and everywhere in between.
What is included in the price?
Everything. Fuel, tolls, all taxes, luggage assistance, meet & greet at the airport and waiting time. The price shown is the final price — no hidden charges.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Free cancellation and rescheduling up to 24 hours before your pickup. Simply contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your booking reference.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Child seats and booster seats are available at no extra cost. Just select the quantity during checkout and we'll have them installed and ready.
Can I book for a group or event?
Absolutely. We regularly handle weddings, corporate events, hen and stag parties and music festivals. Our minibuses carry up to 16 passengers. For larger groups, contact us directly for a quote.
